Charles Guigno has been in construction, real estate and facilities operations for the past 30 plus years. He served in the United States Air Force as a fight-line Crew Chief and Quality Control Specialist, where he received the Medal for Meritorious Service in Southeast Asia. Upon being honorably discharged from the Air Force, he entered the real estate industry and then joined the Helmsley Organization as a Vice President and for 18 years was the Director of Operations and Engineering at The Empire State Building. Charles then capitalized on his experience and background to become a senior executive at other high profile real estate and construction companies. Charles is extremely well versed in facilities, operations, construction management and budgeting. His hand’s on management style has made him an extremely effective executive. Charles has recently fulfilled his dream by founding Empire Facilities & Project Management Corp. He staffed the organization with people that have experience and backgrounds that compliment his, thereby creating a well-rounded company. Upon founding Empire Facilities & Project Management Corp. his goal was to provide his clients with his full attention and proactive representation while carefully managing the costs.
